TRUST & SAFETY
Every transaction on MotoStaq is protected. Here's exactly how we keep your money and your parts safe.
How Payment Works
Buyer Pays
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Your card details never touch our servers — they go directly to Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure.
Funds Held in Escrow
Money is held by Stripe on behalf of MotoStaq. The seller doesn't get paid until you receive your part. This protects you from non-delivery.
Seller Ships
Once payment is confirmed, the seller is notified to ship your part. They must provide tracking information.
Buyer Confirms Delivery
When delivery is confirmed via tracking, funds are released to the seller within 48 hours. If something's wrong, you can open a dispute before funds release.
Buyer Protection
Secure Payments
All payments processed through Stripe with 256-bit encryption. We support credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Escrow Protection
Your payment is held until you confirm the part arrived as described. If it doesn't, you get your money back.
Shipping Verification
Sellers must provide valid tracking numbers. We monitor shipments and flag issues automatically.
Dispute Resolution
If something goes wrong, open a dispute through your dashboard. Our team reviews evidence from both sides and makes a fair decision.
Fraud Prevention
We monitor for suspicious activity, fake listings, and scam patterns. Flagged accounts are investigated and removed.
Seller Protection
Guaranteed Payouts
Once delivery is confirmed, your payout is processed automatically. No chasing buyers for payment.
Photo Evidence
Encourage sellers to photograph parts thoroughly before shipping. Photos serve as evidence in any disputes.
Seller Ratings
Every completed transaction builds your seller reputation on MotoStaq. Ratings and reviews help buyers choose with confidence.
Buyer Accountability
Buyers who file false disputes or abuse the system are flagged and can be banned from the platform.
