All payments go through Stripe — the same system used by Amazon and Shopify. Your money is held securely until delivery is confirmed via tracking. No PayPal Friends & Family, no Venmo, no sketchy transfers.

Buyers pay a small transaction fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per order — this covers secure payment processing through Stripe. It's added at checkout. No hidden charges beyond that.

Message the seller first to try to resolve it. If that doesn't work, open a dispute and MotoStaq will review it. If the item was misrepresented, you get a full refund.

If the item doesn't match the listing description, absolutely — open a dispute for a refund. For buyer's remorse (you changed your mind), returns are at the seller's discretion.

Sellers choose their shipping method: free shipping, flat rate, or local pickup only. Tracking is required for all shipped orders — your payment isn't released to the seller until delivery is confirmed.

Connect your Stripe account in your Seller Dashboard under Payouts. Once delivery is confirmed, there's a 48-hour inspection window. If the buyer doesn't open a dispute, funds are automatically released to your Stripe account. Stripe then transfers to your bank on their standard schedule (typically 2-7 business days).

Yes — any make, model, and year. Our YMM system covers 15 major brands with specific models, plus an 'Other' option for less common bikes.

Up to 10 photos per listing. The first photo becomes the cover image. We recommend showing the part from multiple angles, any wear or damage, and part numbers if visible.

It's powered by Google's Gemini AI and is very good at identifying common motorcycle parts, OEM components, and popular aftermarket brands. It also estimates condition and value. For rare or heavily modified parts, accuracy may vary — always verify part numbers before purchasing.

Yes — the Part Identifier searches MotoStaq's inventory for matching parts and shows you direct links to buy them.

You stay logged in as long as your browser is open. Sessions expire after 30 minutes of inactivity or when you close the browser. This keeps your account secure even if you forget to log out.
