SHIPPING POLICY

How shipping works on MotoStaq.

SELLER'S CHOICE

Sellers decide how to ship (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) and choose the service level. For smaller parts, USPS Priority or UPS Ground is typical. Sellers should choose a method with tracking to prove delivery.

TRACKING IS REQUIRED

Before the seller gets paid, they must upload a valid tracking number to MotoStaq. This confirms the part shipped and gives the buyer proof of delivery.

SHIPPING TIMELINE

Sellers are expected to ship within 2 business days of the sale. The buyer should receive the part within the timeframe listed for that shipping method (usually 3-7 business days).

SHIPPING COST

Shipping cost is set by the seller when they list the part and is shown to the buyer before checkout. Some sellers offer free shipping. Buyers can see shipping costs before paying.

LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If a part is lost or severely damaged during shipping, the seller should file a claim with the carrier. MotoStaq can assist in disputes if the carrier's insurance doesn't cover the loss.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

MotoStaq currently supports domestic (US) transactions only. Sellers and buyers must be in the United States.
