Everything you need to know about buying and selling on MotoStaq.
How do I list a part?
Click Sell in the nav, fill out the form with photos, description, fitment info, and pricing. It's free to list — you only pay a 10% fee when it sells.
What are the fees?
Free to list. 10% platform fee on completed sales — referred sellers pay just 8%, locked for life. Stripe processing fees (~2.9% + $0.30) are deducted from the seller payout. Buyers pay a small 2.9% + $0.30 processing fee at checkout.
How do payments work?
Buyers pay through Stripe. Funds are held securely until delivery is confirmed via tracking. Sellers receive payouts after confirmed delivery.
How do I get paid?
Connect your Stripe account in the Seller Dashboard under Payouts. Once connected, payouts are automatic after each confirmed delivery.
What if I receive the wrong item?
Message the seller first to resolve it directly. If you can't resolve it, open a dispute — MotoStaq will review and mediate the dispute.
Can I return a part?
If the item doesn't match the description, you can open a dispute for a full refund. Buyer's remorse returns are up to the seller's discretion.
What items are prohibited?
Stolen parts, counterfeits, recalled components, weapons, and non-motorcycle items. Violations result in immediate removal and potential account ban. See our Terms for full details.
How does fitment search work?
Every listing includes Make, Model, Year, and Compatible With fields. You can filter by these on the Browse page to find parts that fit your exact bike.
What is the AI Garage?
Four AI-powered tools for riders: Diagnose (describe symptoms and AI identifies the problem and parts needed), Part Identifier (snap a photo to identify any part), Install Guide (step-by-step installation instructions with torque specs and tools), and Build Advisor (get part recommendations for your dream build). Is my data safe?
Yes. All pages use HTTPS encryption. Payments are processed by Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant). We never store card numbers. AI Garage images are processed in real-time and not permanently stored. See our Privacy Policy for details.
