Selling on MotoStaq is designed to be fair and secure. Here's how we protect sellers.

BUYER PAYS FIRST

The buyer's payment is collected upfront through our secure Stripe checkout. You're not waiting for a Venmo transfer or hoping a random person sends money. Payment is guaranteed before you ship.

TRACKING REQUIREMENT

Sellers must provide valid tracking before payment releases. This protects you by documenting that the part shipped. Tracking also prevents false claims that items were never received.

VERIFIED BUYERS

All buyers go through email verification and are connected to Stripe payment methods. This reduces flakes, scammers, and problem transactions.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If a buyer claims the part doesn't match the listing, we review both sides fairly. Your photos, description, and shipping records are your proof. Disputes are resolved by MotoStaq, not chargebacks.

NO FACEBOOK FLAKES

Unlike Facebook Marketplace, buyers can't ghost you or change their mind after payment. The transaction is committed, and you know you're getting paid.

FUNDS RELEASED FAST

After tracking confirms delivery, the buyer has 48 hours to inspect. If no dispute is opened, funds are released to your Stripe account. Stripe bank transfers typically take 2 to 7 business days depending on your bank.
