PAYMENT-PROTECTED CHECKOUT

Your payment is held securely through MotoStaq before the seller ships. We use Stripe for secure processing — your payment information is never exposed to the seller. You only pay when you're ready, and funds don't release until you confirm delivery.

REQUIRED TRACKING

Sellers must provide valid tracking before your payment is released. This protects both of you — you know the part is on the way, and the seller has proof they shipped it.

48-HOUR INSPECTION WINDOW

After the part arrives, you have 48 hours to inspect it and confirm it matches the listing. Check the condition, fitment, and photos. If something is wrong, you can report it before funds are released to the seller.

DISPUTE SUPPORT

If the part doesn't match the listing (damage, wrong fitment, missing components, etc.), MotoStaq reviews the issue before payment is released. We look at photos, messages, and the listing details to make a fair call.

DISPUTE FIRST

Because funds are held until you confirm delivery, MotoStaq can resolve most issues faster than a bank dispute. If something is wrong, open a dispute here first — we review both sides and resolve it fairly. You always retain your rights as a cardholder.
